Estender estes videos = Extend these displays

``It was not possible to save the video configurations . Try a different combination of video configuration``

A bit difficult to describe, since you have a spanish Windows and I have german Windows...

You get links into the "old" control panel system by right-clicking the start menu button. Open the "old" Control panel from there.
In the control panel, open the Display configuration.
In the dialog that opens you have the option to change the text size and element size, and on the left side you have a topic "change resolution" or something like that. Click it, and you now have the old dialog where you could add/remove displays just like in the old Windows versions.

You don't need to detect the other monitor on Windows 10 or 8, QuickSync will be enabled as long as you have the iGPU turned on

In the dropdown list ("multiplos videos") choose the option to disconnect the monitor, so the monitor icon color changes from blue to black. Not remove but disconnect. This way the monitor is present but the desktop is not extended to this monitor. Perhaps you can save the configuration this way. On my system, it is sufficient for Quicksync to have that monitor disconnected (but not removed).
