Question / Help Quick Sync problem.

i try to stream video by using QuickSync but stream on cybergame and twitch not working(offline twitch)... but OBS successfully display stream video(successfull preview and stream). here is my log...

He is my friend and we tryed Quicksync yesterday. It worked but only with the preview in OBS. OBS was connected, but twitch and cybergame.tv - both offline. He switched to x264 and it was working with the same settings, so i dont understand the problem right now, what is going on. For me Quicksync is working, but my hardware is different :-)
