Question / Help Quick sync overclock and custom encoder settings

1.If if overclock my integrated intel 630 videocard 1150mhz is my strream quality will be better?

2.And what about custom encoder settings? can i put something there to make encoding best, bcs i dont use embedded videocart except of encoding stream.

Overclock will not improve quality, but may cause instability of encoder itself like artifacts or crashes of qsv in obs. I experienced it myself in the past with HD530
Quality depends mostly on bitrate.
