Question / Help Quick Sync on Laptop?

Greetings,

I've posted about issues regarding integrated video cards before. The integrated ATI Card simply does not capture the game and I've been using Intel HD for capturing while playing with the ATI card. This gives me an unreasonable amount of stutter in game and I would much prefer to use the integrated card for recording.
But the issue I'm having today is that using Quick Sync from Advance options crashes OBS. The game flow seems better, but when I try to finish the stream, it crashes :(
