Hi there,
I just installed windows 8.1 from windows 7, due to QSVHelper.exe crashing, people said 8.1 would fix this. Now i installed OBS, And if i open the 32 bit program, and press preview stream, it instantly says QSVHelper.exe has stopped working, And when i open the 64 bit version, it says Could not find Quick Sync hardware support? I am very familiar with Quicksync so i have followed the steps to get quick sync working (My bios is all configured, i have a virtual monitor displaying to VGA running, All intel drivers updated, All windows updates installed).
Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel I7 4790k @ 4GHZ
Ram: 16GB DDR3
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
GPU: Sapphire R9 270 Dual-X
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro
HDD: X4 1TB
Resolution: 1920x1080
Latest AMD drivers installed.
