Question / Help Quick sync failer.

I have inspiron 7720

its 2d gen with hd 4000 integrted

the other video card is geforce 650m
I got win 8.1
I have latest drivers.

I did everything on this forums it just does not initiate the capture.

The moment i click it it pops failer.

The log also does not specify any problems apart forom thed encoder failer.

I tryed plugging actual monitor in addition.
Tryed virtual one.
I tryed OBS v .655b apart from 657b

It did gave me some different info(this time complaining about monitor), then I plugged in an actual monitor it started to fail encoder again.

My main monitor uses HD for desctop (as in ui of windows) but games use geforce so what is the problem?

I tryed different capture modes windowed video capture divice (camera) still it does not even start.
It has to be on you software side.

So what can be done to fix it?

every other stupid option gives me stutter on video.

LOL it was because of the language set up look at that ha ha.
Apparently it has to be set up on the same language your windows is at.

Update: strange it stopped working again when i put resolution on 1080p
at least it can do 720.
