Question / Help Quick Sync 1080p/60fps - High Encoding CPU

Hello, as title says, recently I bought new CPU, and is my first time i'm using Quick Sync to record / stream.

The problem I have is that... even if my CPU is not even close to 100% (is more like 30 - 40% during stream and playing), I get this thing and I dont understand why.

https://gist.github.com/anonymous/84ee18c27f4b2c885bc3 Here is my latest log (I tried many settings for bitrate and such)
here is my internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4595131746 (London server, I usually stream trough that server because is more stable)
http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4595124972 from Bucharest to Bucharest (metro speed) if that's important.

I'm streaming on Hitbox, and i saw other streamers with 1080p/60fps streaming without problems, with quick sync, and same CPU as mine (4790k), and similar GPU (270x, mine is slight overclocked).

The same thing is when I try to record with Quick Sync too, high encoding CPU. (when I record with x264 it doesn't says that, even if my CPU is loaded somewhere at 70%, with x264)

Please help me, I really want to stream and record with Quick Sync at 1080p/60fps ... atleast record and I can't find the right settings for my PC.

I almost forgot, the integrated GPU i'm using it for my second monitor, 17" just to read stream chat and things like that, not something that might slow it down.-
Other thing, ingame I have very good FPS, no framedrops no nothing...

Hey ! I am not sure you found this on the screenshots i have sent you with my obs settings but i just noticed in your log that:
21:37:37: CBR: no
So you should try ticking the custom settings at Quick Sync and make sure CBR its selected.

I tried that too, still High Encoding CPU, but i managed to make it work by lowering just a little from Quick Sync preset, I have it at 3, looks very good and no more problems now.

You told me you dont use a second monitor on your iGPU, i'm using so maybe that's the problem. I will try tomorow to put back one of my old GPU and use that as second monitor and let iGPU free so I can use it for streaming / recording.

Thanks for reply. :)

Edit: I removed monitor from iGPU and nothing changed. I have no idea where is the problem.
