I assume you're streaming the camera, unedited, directly to YouTube, Facebook, or some other distribution platform? If so, does the platform itself allow you to do that through the website?
If you're editing it, you really need something more powerful than a phone or tablet. Probably a few decades before that becomes false, as I see it. Not much motivation to have a ton of processing power in that device, like you need to process video arbitrarily, as most of its work is done in the cloud and not locally, and that seems to work just fine for most people. (it leaves a few paranoid about privacy, for good reason, but they're unfortunately too few to really make a difference)
