Question / Help Quick Question Dual Audio NDI

How can i get dual audio inputs for my USB mic so that if i want to restart my gaming PC i can still talk to my viewers?
I don't have a GoXLR my plan was to use a USB splitter and connect the mic to both PCs would that work?
