I understand that this will let you see what your stream looks like before you actually go live and will let you mess around with it and get it setup just the way you want it. My question about "preview stream" is does it put your PC under the same stress like if you were actually streaming? I always wondered this because that would be a good way to see how stressed your PC would be before you actually go live and you can adjust settings accordingly.
