Question / Help Questions from a new guy

Hi everyone, I am new here and just trioed out OBS.
but there are some questions I wanted to ask.

first to game video recording.
I tried video recording but noticed that my game screen is smaller than the actual screen size.

I figure this is because my laptop resolution is at 1920p while my game is set to only 1366x768 resolution.

is it possible to make the game video record display in full size?

Select the source in the list and press Ctrl+F. This will "fit" it to the canvas.

Does this CTFL+F but any chance is actually activating the function "Resize Output (source Size)"

Oh, I was using display capture in this, I was told that using display capture ain't a good idea since it will take up more resources and may slow down gameplay and all.

which goes to Game capture, I have choosen "capture specific window" and selected the Witcher 3.exe

but when capturing gameplay video, I can hear the audio bu the screen is black. anything I can do to remedy this?
