Question / Help Questions about recording locally and streaming simultaneous

1. What I'm trying to accomplish is my live stream will pick up my desktop audio and microphone through OBS but for the local recording I would not like it to record my microphone. Reason being is I will be running audacity at the same time that I will edit into the local recording later on. Would any plugins make this possible?

2. Is it possible with any plugins that would allow me to assign a key to begin a new file for local records without having to stop the stream and begin it?

Sorry if these questions are not worded the best. Please ask and I will clarify if it is needed.

1.) You can't do that currently. Not very easy thing to do.

2.) You can already do that in broadcast settings, there are hotkeys to start/stop recording specifically, separately from streaming.
