Question / Help Question Regarding OBS and Ventrillo

Hi there, I am wondering how to make it so that OBS does not pick up what is said in Ventrillo because it makes the sounds echo non stop and it gets super annoying, and since I'm usually talking to people while I play I can't have sound turned on for my stream.
Just wondering if there are any solutions for this! Thank you in advance :)

If you're wondering why there are crickets in this thread, it's because I'm pretty sure there's currently no way to do this through OBS. There might be something clever you can do in Ventrillo or with third-party software, but nothing that I'm aware of.
