So as the video shows in the beginning there is little to no echo of my voice getting caught by my daughter's mic but it seems over time my voice starts to bleed into her mic as you will see in the second link as time goes along in the episode. Now for the setup I have both webcams and both mics running on my main PC along with recording the gameplay via my Elgato HD60. A benefit I can see is it will cut down on my editing since I don't have to crop in the webcam footage, graphics, etc. I can spend more time on the quality and editing other things with that time.

It just seem that once we get past 15 minutes my voice getting picked up by her mic gets worse and trying to figure out how to stop that so I can do one long shot and just edit that later instead of 10 minute clips one after another.

Should I try switching our mics around since my Blue Yeti has a physical gain on it? Any advice for those that record with 2 mics or more in the same room be very helpful. Thanks.
