I had always thought that I-Frame, P-Frames, and B-frames should have the same value when using CQP For the rate control method but when using the presets they are all set to different values. Indistinguishable for example gives the values 11, 14, and 16. When lossless is picked however all the values go to 0 which I expected. Just curious is it better to keep the values different or to make sure all of them are the same.
