Hi, i am trying to find the best settings to record zoom lecture. It shouldnt be big cause it is professor and most screen is slides. Sometimes there are videos but they short and usually lagging cause the internet of the professor.
So i want to ask what is the best settings for making the record small as possible but not overload the cpu. I tried first svt-av1. It make very small files but when i open the video, it blinking for 2 seconds. Also skipping ahed at the recorded video is taking 10 seconds.
So i though maybe switch to h265 cause the gpu is making most of the work.. but what cqp can i use? Can i use 35 or it will affect the resolution or fps?
