Hello everyone !
While I'm streaming I have 130~fps, but it doesn't feel like thatm it feels like <60 fps. Same situation for viewers on the stream - not smooth at all
My video:

Random csgo streamer's video from youtube:

Is it possible to "fix this issue" and if it is, how?
P.S My PC specs can be found here https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/another-question-about-obs-setting-for-my-pc.34479/

1080p on an i5 does only work if the game is not cpu intensive, in case if csgo actually beeing cpu intensive and quite a diva when it comes to multithreaded applications running besides it.

since its an haswell i5 i'd suggest enabling qsv and using qsv to stream if you want a 720p60 stream.

for the x264 settings you could still try using 720p48.

the guy you posted with his youtube vid, please dont watch any obs guidance hes done his settings are actually pretty bad with no explanation.

also always make sure to not have a flashplayer, e.g. your own stream, running in the background

Thank you for your response alpinlol ! It will be really nice to hear your opinion how should I set up my obs for people watching in high resolution (1920x1080 with big monitors).
1) Quick Sync

2) x264

3) x264 v2 (when resolution isnt downscaled and CPU usage is maximu) If theres anything I can do to get off these "freeze" and lower my CPU usage at this setting please let me know
P.S Its not buffering its some kind of semi-freeze

4) If theres any other option to improve stream quality for high resolution monitors, I would like to hear it from you!
