Question / Help Question about running multiple Logitech C920 webcams

Hello folks.
I just upgraded my studio which I have 2 Logitech C920 HD web cams.

I want to run both webcams at the same time which does work, but, I cannot find out how to be able to adjust each web cams configuration (properties) individually. When I try to adjust each cam properties separately it keeps bringing up the same properties for just one and I cannot adjust the properties of the other cam. Is this because both webcams are the same and OBS will not recognize the properties of each individual cam to open up its own properties?

Is there any kind of detailed work around for this issue by chance? I sure would love to be able to adjust each cam individually (zoom in and out, focus, lighting properties, etc).

I had the same problem...C-920's use the Logitech software and the Logitech software will only control ONE cam.
There are some workarounds but I never found them to work reliably so I just bought a MS Cam that use it's own software and works just fine alongside the C-920..

I'm sure you'll get other replies here from others that have the same problem or have workarounds..

I thought having two of the same cam was the issue. I may end up getting another cam with an entirely new software so it does not activate the Logitech software.

If there is an easy enough one time workaround that will actually work, I would entertain that also before investing in another cam.

At least I will have an extra 920 though. hehe

That's why I got the Microsoft life cam..It uses MS software and I run the 920 and the MS at the same time with separate controls.

There's a YouTube video that shows how to switch 920's with the Logitech software but it's kinda buggy. You Can search for it..

Of course, the 920 is a much better cam then the MS.. And the MS Cam doesn't have the wide angle view the 920 has.
