Question / Help Question about Performance given a scenario..

I want to make a scene that will accomodate all games. I was to have 4 capture screens.. one for CSGO, Evolve, BF4 and L4D2. I will only be streaming one game so there will be 1 active game capture sources and 3 inactive game capture sources. I want to do this so it kind of acts automatically detecting games rather than using a hotkey and making a different scene for each game.

The question is, will the inactive game capture sources hit performance both with the stream and my ingame fps?

If in global sources then slightly, yes but it shouldn't impact you much unless you are borderline at max CPU with your settings. I just assume to make a scene and setup each game in its own as its literally only a click after you set it up.

try testing it with or without. have a cpu monitor up and a fps counter in game and play a demo in each game to see if fps drops more with more games in each scene.
