I've been trying to do a local recording of the game I'm playing. I'm downscaling from 1920x1080 to 960x540 with 60fps. The game itself is running flawlessly but the recording can't seem to hold down 60 fps. Even when I changed it to 30 it still seemed janky to me. I have an i7 2600k, is that not good enough to record at these resolutions?
