So I have a question.

I need your help to make my settings the BEST for streaming.

PC Specs:

Processor: I7-4770K
Graphics card: GTX 660

Net

100 down, 10 up.

What settings can I stream at?
1080p/30fps with 3k bitrate? I need help. Thanks in advance.

Generally you should experiment and find what works best for you and your viewers. I would not recommend going above 1080p 30 though.
