Question about disconnecting during streaming

So I've been having issues while streaming due to my internet where I just disconnect so I just wanted to ask if theres a way for the thing on twitch to say reconnecting or something so that when I connect back it keeps the same stream going

In a generic comment, I've seen other streaming providers offer a secondary/backup stream to take over if primary dies. but assuming a desire to avoid a common outage scenario that would require a 2nd computer, presumably with an alternate power source and Internet connection
