Question / Help Question about buffering while tabbing

First off my upload is around 6.4mb/s and the estimator tells me to use 3200 for my bitrate. I read the pinned threads and have decided to lower my bitrate from originally 3200 to 2500. Is this enough to make a difference for a handful of viewers that complain about buffering?

I was getting complaints while playing dayz as well as a far less PC intense game like FTL so I do not believe it to be on my end.
