Question / Help Question about 1080p recording issues

Here are my system specs. I am having issues recording gameplay footage in 1080p, as it seems very choppy. I'm assuming that OBS is a CPU heavy requirement app and that my CPU is just too weak to play and record things at the same time. However it could be that my settings are off too. Just kind of wondering if you guys think I should upgrade my PC to be able to record better or if I can tweak settings with that hardware that I have in order to get better results. Thanks

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
