Question / Help quality very pixelated

streaming at 720p downscale with bicubic sharper setting at 2500 bitrate. i stream csgo and other games. when standing still and looking around quality is pretty good but when i start moving the quality gets pretty pixelated. streams not laggy or anything thats only problem

Drop your framerate to 30fps. 2500kbps isn't enough for 720p (or 864p) at 60fps without pixelation in a high-movement game.
Streaming at 60fps is frankly unnecessary outside of a few specific situations (mostly to combat sprite blitting issues in retro games), and you're working within a bitrate budget.

ok so i decided to bring it up to 864 for alittle bit better quality with lanczos(which i dont see difference in still looks bad) what should i change? i put fps to 30
