I tried different encodings, set different bitrates, streamed on Twitch and on YouTube, but it was all useless. Internet speed: 48 Mbps reading 39 Mbps download, ping 90. The distance from my house to the server through which I measured the speed of 7000 km. I’m not quite sure what the matter is on the Internet. What should I do? PC specifications: Ryzen 5 1600, RX 5500 XT, Full HD resolution.
