So I've been streaming mostly WoW, D3, and CSGO. And I'm trying to figure out if my quality could be better or if I've hit a wall with my current system specs.
My specs are:
AMD FX 8120 (OC'd to 3.8)
16gb G,Skill Ripjaw X
XFX AMD 6870 1gb
ASUS M5A97
Samsung 840 128 SSD and 3 WD Caviar Blacks
My internet speed keeps varying but it rarely goes below 20 down, 4-10 up.

Stream Settings:
3300 3300
1680x1050 no downscale
FPS: 24
Quality Balance 6-7
The settings calc says to resolution downscale, and while I haven't done that yet[it just looks so blurry :(]; I also haven't noticed any giant spikes in CPU usage. But still the stream remains pretty pixelated, especially in high motion. Is there anything I can do to help the quality or am I f'd atm with my CPU?
