Question / Help Quality of Streaming vs Quality of Recording

I have tried to streaming wifh NVENC at 6000 bitrate at 720p 60 fps and the quality was good. I then tried to record with the same options saved on a mp4 and the quality was bad.

Can someone explain me why?
 
Nope, they should be the same. Some sort of observer bias maybe? Can you post OBS log files of each attempt?
 
Hello, I checked with more attentions and indeed they are the same quality. The problem is that I compared viewing them on different monitors.
