Question / Help Quality Issues (Pixelation and Dropped Frames?)

I'm getting a lot of pixelation during movement. A lot more than usual. I'm not sure if it's on Twitch's end or mine. It even looks weird when making local recordings

Tried posting the log but it's too long for this post. Here it is.

EDIT: When I watch the VOD, it looks better than it does while watching it live? What does the viewer see, the crappy pixelated stream or the VOD quality stream? Also, noticed frame rate not as good since transitioning to Windows 10. 30fps looks like 20. 60 looks like 30, lol. These are based on my Witcher 3 tests

Logfile link is invalid.

The VOD is literally the video stream Twitch has received from you, and is what was sent out to live viewers.

Do you have a link to a VOD? Your settings look fine, aside from a ridiculously high scene buffering time (it's 3000, default is 700, and used to be 400). Also it looks like your connection may be a bit flaky, or being pushed too hard. You could probably dial it back a bit from 2500 to 2000kbps and see if that fixes the connection stability.

Are you watching from the machine you are streaming from? That's not recommended if so due to Twitch's flashplayer being very CPU-heavy; try watching from a separate laptop or tablet if possible.

Here are my recent VODs, they all look different from when I watch the stream. I usually have my dashboard up and monitor the output from there. When I'm watching it, it looks really pixelated, I'm assuming it's my connection to Twitch or something since, like you said, the VODs are what the viewers see. Thanks for the info!
