Question / Help Quality is Terrible, why?

You are not going to get trans-codes (quality button) on Twitch until you hit a certain threshold of viewers. Streams I watch usually get the quality options once they hit some where from 50-100 viewers. Also, none of this has to do with OBS.
 
Oh well do you have any idea what could be causing this bad quality? And I know that you need a certain amount of viewers for a quality button.

The elgato device needs to be on (you are either recording and/or streaming or previewing)

I believe you are the only one in this thread that believes the quality of your stream is bad. Care to elaborate?
 
If you guys don't think my stream is bad than I guess it's fine I'm sorry. I just like to be hard on myself. I tried switching my xbox settings to 720p instead of 1080 and that let me stream in 60fps I tested it so thanks guys for the help!!
