Question / Help Quality is shit *picture*

If you are recording, use the simple mode and set quality to indistinguishable. 2500kbps is pretty low bitrate and that will cause low quality. Unless you are streaming, there is no point using CBR.
 
I see no log file, but from the screenshots it seems like there is a 1080p picture with 2500kbit/s CBR, which is simply not enough bitrate (and it gets worse at 60fps).
