Question / Help Quality dropping if there are to many effects.

Hello guys,

Since I asked last time something about Sound in OBS and i got great help, I am having a new issue today and hope for your help.

I enjoy streaming but i have recognized that if my character in the game is not moving I have a very clear 1080 picture and everything is fine, but if i start moving rather fast and there are a lot of effects on my screen the quality instantly goes down.

Why is this happening? Is the problem because of my computer or because of my settings in OBS?

Absolutly normal. The complexer the picture, the harder it gets for the codec to keep up with quality, as it has to compress to the target bitrate. Movement = complex, still = simple. Large picture = complexer, small picture = simpler.
To get better quality raise the bitrate, switch to a higher preset, which compresses the info further but is harder on cpu or decrease the output resolution.
