Question / Help QSVHelper has exited because encoder was not initialized. Please help!!

When i start recording with Intel Quick Sync an error pops up saying "QSVHelper has exited because encoder was not initialized". It worked a couple months ago.

Uninstall then reinstall? solves most issues with any program, just an idea.
