Im unable to get QSV working as it's greyed out in obs
Im using i3-2120 and xfx gts250, atm i am running dual monitor setup in extended mode with primary monitor connected to gts250 and secondary to intel hd graphics
Can anyone help me to get it working?

Issue was fixed by upgrading to latest intel hd drivers and qsv works great now :)
