QSV not deteted but NVENC falsely detected

My laptop has an Intel 8th gen CPU and an nVidia MX130 which doesn't have NVENC.
In the encoder section there is a software (x264) choice and NVENC but not QSV.
I tried several solutions in different forums and tested many Linux distros but the problem still persists.

Your NVENC will show up because on Linux there is no Blacklist check against cards who cannot do it. See https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/4850.

For QSV on Linux you will need to switch Output mode to "Advanced" and select FFMPEG VAAPI.
