Bug Report QSV not available under custom output (FFMPEG) (Quicksync)

Hey,

I'm trying to setup my obs to stream using NVENC with my graphics card with the classic H264 settings and record on HEVC using the CPU's dedicated graphics (Intel HD 4600) for HEVC or even just h264_qsv to record at the greates quality possible without impacting performance. The issue arises when I try to set either of the encoder in the encoder selector and it is nowhere to be found. I also tried overwriting it with -y -c:v h264_qsv but it seems to ignore those arguments

OBS does not seem to have the Quicksync encoder enabled for ffmpeg. This might be because it uses its own Quicksync implementation outside of ffmpeg.
