Pushing connection problem, always display connection

I have a problem now. I can push the stream on my computer through a push stream code, but it can’t push the stream on my friend’s computer. It will always show that I can’t find the connection. To the reason, please help from experts

If you send stream to server (any) you need:
- address:
- Domain or IP
- port
- stream key (or equivalent)
I got my own servers (small CDN) in network to streams video.

Thanks for your help and reply, I am encountering this kind of problem now. For example, the same push stream code (My computer can push the stream normally, but my friend’s computer can’t push the stream. We are using the same network and the computer configuration is the same.) What is the problem in this situation, is it push stream? Is the key or the reason for my network?
