Question / Help Push-to-Talk working intermittently

So my current setup:

Win8.1 64
OBS v0.638b
Mouse 4 set to PTT (side button)
same button also bound to Mumble PTT, Mumble is always started first.

Mumble is passing through the PTT activation all the time to the voice server, OBS is only capturing it sometimes, causing me to lose parts of me talking throughout my recordings.

Tested vs Bandicam, Bandicam doesn't have an issue capturing the audio.

Both Mumble & OBS get "run as admin" privilege.

I'm not entirely sure if this is just an issue with latest version or not, but I don't remember having an issue with v0.637b and before.
 
Went back v0.624b, everything works properly (and no more frames seemingly lost (skipping in recording) using QSV). Something was broken somewhere in the last 8 months, looks like I'll be sticking with this version.
