Question / Help Push to Talk w/ Stream PC.

I'm wondering if its possible to use Push to Talk on my Gaming/Main PC While I'm streaming using a secondary PC to actually stream the content.
I can't use a Noise Gate nor just leave my Mic open as I live in a semi busy house and Push to Talk has been working amazing.
I was thinking of something like a Mic Repeater that repeats what I say in my mic using a PTT Hotkey and I mute it but it still goes thru my Elgato.

You can set a hotkey to mute your mic and treat that as PTT. Otherwise you could do something like use a Mumble client/server setup and use its PTT features.
