Push to talk problems

Since new patch i have been issue with push to talk. It works fine but if ill press alt, shift or ctrl from keyboard and push to talk at same time it cuts my voice. Is there anykind of solution for this?

Just realized that I am experiencing this same exact issue. I thought it was just randomly cutting me out mid sentence but I saw your post and tested it while holding down my push to talk button (Mouse 5) and pressing and holding shift OR alt it cuts my mic off until I release shift OR alt keys.
 
I have this problem too. A fix is to add shift and or ctrl plus your normal PTT button as an additional PTT button. (eg hotkey 1: V , hotkey 2: v+shift , hotkey 3: v + ctrl) This works but it sounds a little rough sometimes. I can't understand how this isn't a massive problem for gamers! How many gamers are going to be using their PTT button while simultaneously using shift or ctrl? I'd imagine something like 90 percent! This makes no sense. Reality must be a rudimentary simulation.
