I'm having problems with the Razer Ripsaw HD. Practically I connected my new Razer Ripsaw HD with the ps4 and carrying out tests with OBS and Streamlabs the quality of the video is very bad. I also attach the screen of the problem. How do I solve this problem? You can see in the photo that the resolution has a purple color while on the monitor the natural color must be the blue one. How come this problem?
