In one of my recent videos I discovered a real nasty issue with the recording output from OBS. Instead of trying to explain what it looks like, have a look at this:
Interestingly enough, it only happens for the first 5~ seconds of a segmented clip of the recorded file from OBS when playing it. So for example, if I record a 5 minute video, and watch it beginning at 0:00:00, it will pixelate for about 5~ seconds. Lets say I close the file and open it back up and start at 0:03:35. For the next 5~ seconds it will pixelate.
This happens in ANY program I use to view and render the recorded file. (i.e Windows Media Player, VLC, Media Player Classic, even the Sony Vegas preview window)
I'm not even sure if that's how this issue works. Upon zooming into the timeline, and viewing the frames, it looks horribly pixelated on a majority, and just gets amplified when playing recently.

I have a monster rig so I'm not sure if its a lack of RAM / GPU / CPU.
