So I've recently started trying to stream PUBG on my channel. Problem is that i keep losing frames on stream and the stream quality is really choppy. I'm not sure if its something in my output stream settings or because of the way im capturing the scene on OBS. Any advice ? You can see the VODS and how the quality is choppy on stream at twitch.tv/goobysen .

Post a clean log from where you don't have multi-adapter compatibility turned on.

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

You need a better CPU for software x264 and this type of game you are streaming.
Try hardware streaming with NVENC or Intel Quicksync
