Question / Help PUBG Settings for OBS

Hi, i have a really good PC, and a good connection.

GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: i7 8700K
Internet: 59 DL 10UL

But i am struggling to stream PUBG and other games smoothly.
Can somebody help me to improve my Twitch stream...THANKS.
