PTZ Problem

#Help us#, Good afternoon, I went to install the face-tracker, but it didn't work very well for us, so we uninstalled it. However, when deactivating and uninstalling the obs, the PTZ control buttons stopped working, we already uninstalled all the components and reinstalled them, however it did not work. We formatted the computer, put version 28 of the obs, it still didn't work. On the control and on the PTZconference application the buttons work, but on OBS they don't. Can anyone help us?

You are in the general OBS Studio support forum. Face Tracking is NOT a native feature of OBS Studio, that I'm aware of.
Most (all?) of the plug-ins for OBS Studio are supported by the plugin author, not OBS Studio.
So.. the recommended approach is to
- post in the plugin discussion forum
- update this post title (if you can) with the specific plugin name so people know what you are asking about

There are multiple PTZ control plugins, some by vendors themselves (ex PTZ Optics), and some that are hardware agnostic, and those with varying levels of features. I, for one, am not sure which PTZ applicaiton and face-tracking plugin/app you are referring to?
