PTZ optics camera periodically freezing during live stream

Our PTZ optics camera has begun to freeze periodically during our live streams. I've attached the log file for anyone who might have insight on how to fix this. Thanks

I've tried updating to the most recent version of OBS and it's still freezing.

I tried just a recording and no freezing. Only in streaming does the camera freeze, audio still works. Audio is coming from my Behringer X32.

I think I found the culprit! I disconnected our stream deck and there hasn't been any freezes! Now to figure out how to get the stream deck working.
