PTZ camera pre-sets disappeared

Hi I am a novice user so am hoping solution will be simple!

Received slow bitrate messages, updated windows and OBS to latest standard and slow bitrate message seems to be resolved. However now all the camera pre-sets have disappeared and therefore lost camera control, any ideas.

hi, had the same problem after updating OBS. Re-installed PTZ plugin. I was told before updating OBS export scene collection first.
