Question / Help PTT with Dxtory and OBS

Hi,
I want a setup where, if I press use PTT it goes to the livestream audience. I already have PTT in Dxtory bound to the same key as PTT in OBS. However when I have Dxtory source added in OBS, there is a mic option in Dxtory Source and I have set that to my mic, when that is the case PTT does not work at all, my voice comes but in the speaker channel in OBS program.
When I have DXtory source mic disabled and only have OBS Mic and PTT enabled nothing works, my voice doesnt come.
Basically when the Audio Input Device in Dxtory Source Setting is selected, then PTT does not work but the voice comes through, no PTT though. When I change Audio Input Device in Dxtory Source setting to Disable, no voice comes through

I'm having trouble understanding what the issue is that you're experiencing. Are you using DxTory just as a means of capturing the game to bring into OBS? Or are you using it to record videos simultaneously with the broadcast?

Yes I am only using Dxtory to capture the game to bring it into OBS.

Streaming is the problem particullary the audio/PTT, I cant seem to get it configured as I want it. I basically want to use PTT to talk on the livestream.

If you're only using DxTory to capture video, then there is no point messing with DxTory audio settings. They don't affect OBS, and if anything, they might get in the way and capture hotkeys before OBS. When using DxTory as a DirectShow device, it doesn't capture audio, only video.

Is there a reason you're using DxTory instead of OBS's game capture? OBS's game capture is usually better, except for older DX8 and lower games that OBS doesn't support.

I play a lot of GTA SA, which may not be supported. Im not messing with DXtory Program settings, I am talking about settings about Dxtory source in OBS, even if I did use OBS Game Capture, the PTT still would not be solved, it is not picking up my voice basically (disregarding DXtory Source settings, when it works with the source setting mic on, PTT does not work))

Also, I turned off DXtory and tried the PTT in a different scene with no Dxtory source, still does not work

I seem to have gotten PTT to work somehow, if I press the hotkey and speak it will show up in the mic level bar in OBS, however if I try and use it again it wont work, it works like once, maybe twice, its not responding very well.
If I spam the key like 10 times it will work once probably, as soon as I let go it doesnt and I have to spam again.
I tried with both DXtory off and on, same problem
