My webcam mic audio is fine, but I'm getting absolutely no game audio.

Also, when the preview is on, and you try to open the Game Capture HD options in OBS, does it say "no input detected" or "No device detected"?
I may have a solution, but please send me the .zip file first.

one thing Jim noticed, and that is probably the reason for the audio timestamp messages on your Webcam is the old setting for scene buffering time you use. You can change it in the advanced settings of obs.
Scene buffering time should be 700 ms.
For your Audio problem, the log is confusing me a bit, did you select "Use device audio" in the settings for your elgato in OBS?
