Question / Help PS4 color space settings (Non-HDR)

So because I’m not yet on that 4K HDR, I try to get the best picture out of my PS4pro with enabling “Deep Colour Output” and “Full” RGB color settings. This paired with my 1080p Samsung tv look great.

Now for streaming, since the capture card I have doesn’t support “Deep colour” passthru... I have it disabled. So I’m basically just running the PS4pro with FULL RGB color settings, which still look so much better on my tv.

The PS4 states the video signal it is outputting is 1080p RGB full via HDMI 1.4

In OBS, I have;

Avermedia LiveGamerHD
Video format = YV12
YUV color space = 709
YUV color range = Full (partial crushes blacks way too much, any reason for that because PS4 is set to partial...)

Logitech C920
Video format = XRGB
YUV color space = 709
YUV color range = Full

OBS advanced settings
Color Format = NV12 (OBS doesnt recommend RGB even though my main capture source is outputting in RGB, why?)
YUV color space = 709
YUV color range = Full

My question is should I go back to using partial on everything since my source going to my cap card is set to output partial?
